  • As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for building/managing a vertical sector within the business and establishing your personal brand to become the recruiter of choice within your industry
  • Winning new clients & nurturing existing relationships to drive the growth of your vertical with the ultimate aim of enhancing your vacancy pipeline
  • Working active client requirements and using the companys modern technology to identify high quality talent
  • Collaborating with the internal Marketing, Business Development & Administration who will offer you significant support in building your vertical
  • Attending client meetings both in person and via zoom & teams
  • Working closely with the management team on the business plan for your industry vertical and agreeing strategic ways to grow the pipeline & division
    • THE PERSON:We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within a minimum of 12 months experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment. In addition, youll also need the following experiences and skills;
  • Experience in Sales Recruitment
  • Good experience of using an ATS (We us Bullhorn which is integrated with Broadbean amongst other tech)
  • A proven track record in 360 Recruitment placing permanent candidates
  • Great communicator who is confident on the phone, face to face and via video meetings
  • A positive character who is determined to succeed and wants to be the best
