Job Description

Recruitment Consultant25k base salary + uncapped commission.Earn 45k in year 1, 65k in year 2, and 100k in your third year.About the company:The company specialises in the renewable energy sector, putting a focus on engineering, civil construction, and high voltage whiles collaborating on offshore wind, oil and gas development projects. Most of their work has been done across Germany, France,Belgium and Ireland. Their goal is to grow and do much more work internationally, building a central resourcer team of around 30 people.The Job

  • Candidate sourcing through advertising, networking, headhunting and using the company database
  • Screen CVs and interview potential candidates
  • Set up interviews between clients and candidates
