We have 80+branches across England & Wales and are the first-choice agency for over 12,000 job seekers.We match talented educators with schools for contract, short term (casual supply work) and also long term placements to cover absence, maternity and sickness.We are on an exciting journey of growth and therefore looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Manchester office starting ASAP on a full-time basis.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist Secondary sector and will be responsible for building your educatorpool & school base across a local area - and we will be right there, supporting you with regular coaching and development opportunities. Should you choose to accept it, your key daily objectives will be to:

  • Support your client schools and use business development skills acquire new schools who will utilise you for their staffing needs
  • Proactively build and develop your own Educator database and match them to the right work
  • Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with school leaders
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives, have a clear daily plan for your desk
