Job Description

An international recruitment firm with offices in Leeds, Manchester, and Nottingham is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team due to continued growth. As Recruitment Consultant, you will take responsibilityto attract and retain new clients and candidates to build and develop your own desk.As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new leads with new clients.
  • Building key relationships within your market and identifying contacts within the industry.
  • Becoming an industry expert within your market.
  • Developing your brand across our platforms.
  • Developing business through candidate and company led methodologies.
  • Interviewing candidates and taking client meetings.
We’re looking for an individual with:
  • Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with candidates and clients.
  • Self-driven, and motivated to work autonomously to build your own pipeline.
  • Enjoyment working in a results-orientated environment.
  • A desire to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm to develop a career in recruitment.
