Were collaborative - working together to understand and support each other - and our clients.The RoleThis opportunity is for a Permanent Recruiter to join our Accountancy & Finance Team in Manchester. You will work with established clients within the North & Midlands regions, providing the opportunity to start earning commission quickly whilst you buildyour own portfolio of clients.Day-to-day, youll be making an impact by:

• Developing relationships with clients and working towards being recognised as an expert in your field and a high quality recruitment partner
• Creating and maintaining a strong network of candidates
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of permanent opportunities across Accountancy & Finance
• Identifying new business opportunities which will support your business development activity
• Meet your clients and candidates (on Teams or in person when we can)
• Qualifying new job openings
• Supporting candidates and clients through the recruitment process
• Negotiating and influencing to achieve the best outcomes for your clients and candidates
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues across all Sanderson divisions
• Working as part of a high performing team to deliver the best recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates

You We are looking for ambitious recruiters with some experience in the Accountancy & Finance market.We look for:

• A successful background in recruitment; the ability to manage multiple consecutive assignments, proactive sourcing for niche candidates and delivering outstanding client and candidate experiences
• Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people

• Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results
