Job Description

Role - Recruitment ConsultantLocation - ManchesterSalary: £21,000 - £30,000 Per annum - £35K -£45K first year OTE + uncapped commission structure, progression opportunities, benefits & incentives.Daniel Owen Manchester are on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the heart of Manchester.The individual we are searching for needs to be full of energy and hungry to succeed within the business. Experience would be welcomed; however a positive can-do attitude will go along way within the company. The ideal candidate would also have experienceworking towards targets and KPIs.   • Create talent pools for current and future jobs, speaking with existing candidates and building new relationships
  • Building new client relationships to win new business opportunities
  • Working with your team to ensure job opportunities are filled
  • Arrange frequent client visits
  • Arrange frequent candidate visits and reward your worker of the month, through our loyalty scheme
