Job Description

Package - £21K - £24K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45KA specialist Tech recruitment agency, our client and laying the foundations to become to most successful recruitment agency!   • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Organising interviews as requested by clients.

The Requirements:
  • 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
