Job Description

Are you an exceptional Recruitment or HR Administrator looking to develop your skills and experience within a growing Recruitment team If so, we have a great opportunity for you!We are a thriving travel management company in the heart of Manchester, and our business is growing. We are looking for an Interim Recruitment Assistant to join us on a 12-month maternity contract starting in March. You will provide administration support to our Recruitment Business Partner, undertake a range of tasks across the recruitment function and support with recruitment projects. This will be a super varied role and we are looking for someone ideally with recruitment-based administration experience, fantastic communication and organisational skills, and most of all, a real passion to deliver an outstanding recruitment service!In return you’ll receive some fantastic benefits:

  • Requirements To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Administration experience ideally gained within a Recruitment environment.
  • Systems experience with proficiency in MS Office. Experience of using an ATS or database system would be beneficial.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related subject area (HR / Business) would be preferable
