Job Description

Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded insurance law firm who are seeking a Recoveries Team Leader to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national law firm that can offer you excellent career prospects.As a Recoveries Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of subrogated recovery fee earners to include:

  • Managing the performance of the team in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensuring the quality of the work is maintained by conducting audits and providing coaching.
  • Ensuring that employees are competent by delivering training.
  • Taking responsibility for improving efficiency and profitability of the team.
