My government client based in Longsight, is currently looking to recruit for a receptionist to join their team. This role is based in a justice setting and you will be dealing face to face with offenders on a daily basis.They are looking for an experienced receptionist who has excellent customer service skills. You will be required to take telephone calls/take messages/face to face contact with offenders at the reception window. Monitoring and ordering stationery. Logging building faults/jobs via telephone/tracking completion and chasing up when required. Carrying out and keeping record log of panic alarm/fire alarm weekly tests. IT skills required - Word, Excel.This position is full-time temporary position paying £8.72 per hour.
