Are you looking to develop your career within Property law A established and well regarded legal firm is seeking a dedicated paralegal to enhance their commercial property team at their Manchester office. The role involves a diverse range of high-quality transactional work, supporting fee earners with tasks such as downloading Land Registrydocuments, drafting under supervision, client meetings, ordering searches, preparing files for completion, filing, and submitting SDLT returns to HMRC.The ideal candidates will have completed their Legal Practice Course (LPC) or currently be studying towards completion or undertaking their law degree. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, thriving under tight deadlines in a bustling office. Exceptional client service skills are paramount, as is the drive to contribute to business development. A comprehensive understandingof residential property work, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity, is essential. The role demands acute technical acumen and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations.Excellent organisational, written, and IT skills are required as is proficiency in MS Office and case management systems is crucial for this role.Experience in Landlord and Tenant matters would be an advantage.
