Job Description

  • All disciplines, including commercial development, commercial investment, mixed-use development, landlord and tenant, retail and leisure, finance and securitisation, real estate litigation, planning and environmental.
  • Supports corporate, banking and restructuring teams who act for a wide variety of corporate clients and banks as well as national insolvency practices. It also works hand in glove with our non-legal property businesses which give a unique market advantage with property investment and development clients.
  • The Team is friendly, supportive and sociable and you can expect to be supported by the partners and senior team members and in turn asked to support junior members of the team.
    • The Role
  • Position has arisen in our Asset Management team
  • Work with and alongside the partners who specialise in commercial investment work, asset management and corporate occupiers, acting for growing property funds, offshore companies, national retail operators and local SMEs on a broad range of property transactions.
  • Looking to appoint an experienced solicitor who is currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level. You will join our highly successful national Real Estate team, based in our Birmingham office.
    • The Candidate
  • Experience in: investment Sales and Acquisitions, Asset Management / Landlord & Tenant, Corporate and Banking Support
  • Ambition to build, strengthen and grow a network of clients within professional services
  • Eagerness and willing to proactively business develop and assist in cross marketing across the wider team and businesses
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and a confident manner in engaging with clients and colleagues
  • A strong team work ethic and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Drive, commitment, self-motivation and a "can do" attitude
  • The ability to exercise discretion and professionalism at all times
