Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new challenge Do you have experience in Real Estate development and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.We are working with a leading national law firm that has a strong reputation in the Real Estate sector. They are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Manchester office and work on a range of complex and varied development projects. You will be partof a dynamic and supportive team that advises clients on all aspects of Real Estate development, from site acquisition and planning to construction and disposal.To be considered for this role, you will need:A minimum of 2 years PQE in Real Estate developmentExcellent technical and commercial skillsA proactive and client-focused approachThe ability to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyA commitment to continuous learning and developmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious law firm that offers competitive remuneration, career progression and a supportive work environment.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and can expect a salary in the range in £40-50k dependant on experience.
