React.js Developer - ManchesterOur client a looking for a Front End Developer ideally with experience with React.js to join their Tech Team, please find details below:The roleAs one of our engineers, youll be expected to be a team player, be passionate about what you do and have a strong interest in Engineering practices. As well as being able to deliver small to large tasks independently youll spend time collaborating with other Engineers on shared work. Our problem area is focused all around the customers needs so its a must that you are able to step back, put yourself in the users shoes and think about the UX.Were evangelists of agile values and principles but each team is responsible for their own way of working. As an engineer youll help inform the teams processes forward by having an interest in continuous improvement. We deploy multiple times a day and are working towards a continuous delivery pipeline.What we needImproves documentation that is incorrect / incomplete.Write code with support, following guidance and training materials.Knows the testing pyramid.Understands the importance of security.Understands the basics of debugging and the tools used for it, fixing simple bugs.Software Design & ArchitectureUnderstands a portion of the teams domain, can gain sufficient context to work productively in that portion.Actively avoids duplication and interface-breaking changes.Follows architectural guidelines, design principles & best practicesAn awareness of hosting and infrastructure.Has basic understanding of design patterns and uses when appropriate.Ability to communicate a technical viewpoint and reasoning behind a decision to a non technical audience.If you are interested in thsi role please apply ASAP.
