Backing people to fulfil lifes hopes and dreams, delivering the most compelling customer experience across Banking and Motor Finance.Now is your chanceThe Modelling and Data Analytics team acts as the centre of excellence for all financial modelling and analytics within our Finance division. We are looking for a pro-active, team-player that can perform well under pressure whilst overseeing all BAU businessprocesses within the system.The role of Systems Support Analyst is important to us. You will act as the main go-to point of contact for all system related queries from Treasury business and will liaise with relevant IT functions to deliver value and positive results to the Treasuryfront desk and operations.This role will be based in out Manchester office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. Youll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.What would your day look like

  • Liaising with upstream data provider to ensure source data is on time, accurate, and fit for purpose.
  • Coordinating with vendor and IT functions to maintain the infrastructure and configuration of the Quantum software.
  • Providing technical and functional support for business users
  • Design and implement changes to continuously improve the system.
  • Drive system automation and report visualisation
  • Perform regular system upgrades.
  • Acting as the service manager to coordinate disaster recovery, user access auditing, incident/change/problem management processes.
What do they expect of you
  • Solid skills in supporting/changing/managing Quantum system, whether in the capacity of BAU application support, business support or project delivery.
  • Good SQL Server skills with the ability to query database
  • Experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, VBA, Python.
  • Basic understanding of Treasury functions, including front desk trading, cash management, settlement, accounting, regulatory reporting etc.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Must be willing to learn new systems and expend your remit of support responsibilities
