A Director from an established Construction Cost Consultancy is now looking for further support within their Project Monitoring / Bank Fund Monitoring team.Based in Manchester, the Project Monitor will be joining a hardworking, award-winning and committed team.The Director has requested the successful candidate to come from a Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background, and has the desire to work within the Fund Monitoring team.The RoleThe Project Monitor will provide potent practical advice and guidance to established Banks to give security and minimise and manage risk throughout the developments, giving Clients the necessary protection when making any property funding or investment decision.The Project Monitor will need to provide an independent and impartial assessment of the project.
