Quantity Surveyor Are you looking to work in a thriving expanding and modern workplace Are you looking for a hybrid role, with a mix of work from home and the office An ambition to join a renowned UK market leaderThe role of Quantity Surveyor: As the a Quantity Surveyor you will responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects and cover the entire process, from concept design to completion. You will perform the role of Commercial Manager and takeresponsibility for the end-to-end service delivery of all types of projects including large or complex buildings.This pivotal role is Mon-Fri, with the option to work from home 1 day a week The candidate for the Quantity Surveyor role: Degree qualified within relevant discipline and be able to evidence your commercial and contractual understanding RICS qualified or equivalent Commercially astute with proven experience within the construction industry Strong teamwork ethic, and the desire to provide a high-quality service for our valued clients Good budgeting, financial and problem-solving skills Travel is to be expected ( typically local sites ) You MUST have right to work in the UKThe Company: Our client is a UK market leader of comprehensive design services to developers, architects, property managers, asset managers, and corporate clients across all aspects of the built environment and sectors.
