QARA Directors looking to work with a small - medium sized business, this one is for you.As a Director you will have access to:- A strong bonus scheme (up to 30%)- Private health care plan- Share optionsThe company are a business based in Manchester, with a preference for onsite work, but open to hybrid (3 days onsite)The position:Its a great time to be joining the company as they continue to commercialise their product portfolio across different geographies.A key element of your role will be to engage with distributors and lead the registrations into new countries.You will also need to have strong exposure to manufacturing environments, working closely with product development teams and R&D supporting the development of new and next-generation products.For the QA function, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across the business units and leading the remediation of documents to align with new regulations.Managing a small yet skilled team, you will drive their development rather than their day-to-day, finding the balance of being hands-on where needed.To be considered for this role you must have- Significant ISO 13485 experience- Worked for small/medium-sized businesses where you have created and implemented processes- A manufacturing background- Worked previously as a Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director levelIf youd like to know more, please apply with an up-to-date CV and I will be in touch.
