Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality and Performance Administrator to join our team.You will be responsible for supporting the integrated management system, central administration, continuous improvement, and communications for the HMCTS Security contract.The role is homebased (within the UK) Responsibilities will include:

  • To administer all integrated management system documentation, standards, compliance, and audits (including quality, health and safety, environmental, plus additional Standards and management plans required by the Contract), ensuring strict document andversion control via OCS SharePoint, HMCTS Viewpoint systems and Operational Reports.
  • Supporting in all Document control within the IMS
  • To support the overall internal and external audit and assessment timetable and procedures, liaising with the OCS central HSQE team and Security Governance Manager.
  • To support the Quality & Performance Manager on continuous improvement coordinating and supporting facilitating improvement activity
  • Supporting the delivery of the Sustainability and Social Value Management Plan and related objectives and targets agreed with the client.
  • To Maintain the HMCTS contracts and Non-conformance Log and monitor the data accuracy and mitigation.
  • Ownership and production of Daily operational reports.
  • Managing updates of KPI Performance.
  • Daily review of Power BI data/CAFM data.
  • Daily update of Building Intruder Alarm activation report.
  • Supporting Area Managers in producing the Regional and National Performance Review Reports/ FM Board Pack.
  • To ensure the quality of data coming into systems is consistent and of a high standard to ensure effective data capture.
  • Compile data on events and incidents on behalf of the Quality and Performance information and communications and shared.
  • Support the Quality and Performance Manager in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience required:
  • Demonstrate experience of office administration, proven experience of frequent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and understanding of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
  • Proven experience in producing statistical and Operational reports.
  • Should understand quality management focus, with an understanding of health and safety, sustainability, and social value.
  • Good communicator, with experience of producing clear written communications.
  • Understanding of ISO standards including:
    • ISO9001 (quality management),
    • ISO45001 (health & safety management).
    • ISO14001 (environmental management) systems.
