Adecco are working with a Medical Device business looking for a QARA Director to join the team on a permanent basis.This role would have a 70/30 bias toward regulatory experience.Based in Manchester with free parking, this role would prefer someone to be predominantly site based but are also open to a hybrid split.The position:Its a great time to be joining the company as they continue to commercialise their product portfolio across different geographies.A key element of your role will be to engage with distributors and lead the registrations into new countries.You will also need to have strong exposure to manufacturing environments, working closely with product development teams and R&D supporting the development of new and next-generation products.For the QA function, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across the business units and leading the remediation of documents to align with new regulations.Managing a small yet skilled team, you will drive their development rather than their day-to-day, finding the balance of being hands-on where needed.To be considered for this role you must have- Significant ISO 13485 experience- Worked for small/medium-sized businesses where you have created and implemented processes- A manufacturing backgroundWhy this roleStrong bonus scheme of up to 30%Private health care planShare optionsIf youd like to know more, please apply with an up-to-date CV and I will be in touch.
