Job Description

With a focus on expertise, integrity, and respect we put our customers and people at the heartof everything we do.We are looking for an experienced and focused Quality Performance Coach, to audit and assess our Debt Advice calls within Regulatory and Company parameters. This involves providing constructive, verbal feedback to agents and team managers to support developmentand performance improvement.In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing call levelling to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Conducting side-by-side support, offering an immediate impact to advisor performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to agents, fostering their professional development and performance improvement.
  • Play a key role in identifying issues and trends through comprehensive analysis of calls and quality metrics.
  • Contribute valuable insights to shape training requirements for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of information related to calls and quality assessments.
  • Enhance the presentation of information to elevate the overall quality of customer interactions.

  • You have at least 12 months industry call coaching and feedback experience, within a New Business Environment
  • You have a high attention to detail and focus.
  • You are able to confidently provide clear, specific and professional 1-2-1- feedback to agents and management.
