This Purchase Administrator role will help manage the inbound and outbound orders for the products which the team are providing for their clients. You will be the front face of the company by managing the reception area, greeting any guests that comeonsite, managing deliveries/collections as well as getting involved with booking equipment into be fitted with the relevant tech engineer. What will you be doing as a Purchase Administrator - Provide administrative support to the purchasing function team, supporting the Purchasing Lead to work with the wider business teams Managing deliveries of kit, ensuring signing in of items and making relevant labels on boxes to ensure they are going to the correct department or client Managing parcel tracking, licensing, and other information from 3rd parties Arranging couriers to collect products to be delivered to clients Managing any visitors coming into the car park and office We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Any experience from admin, purchasing, reception type backgrounds will be required. Drive and ambition to succeed. Able to multi-task, switching from one task to another when required Flexible approach to working Must have an attention to detail as will be handling important information This isnt a solely desk-based role, must be happy to get up to move deliveries, answer the door and greet guests, and coordinate between departments Computer literate, able to use Microsoft packages plus learn new vendor portals.
