You will be managed by a Purchase Ledger Manager who is not only passionate about her work but also ensuring the work environment is enjoyable.   • Issuing Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices.
  • Scanning documents to Site Managers.
  • Managing the query / enquiry inbox.
  • Helping clients with orders and queries.
  • Filling and maintaining office records.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis.
  • Assisting with processing of utility bills.
  • HMRC returns and tickets to send to suppliers.
  • Fill in the bank recs for each company.
  • Bank reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Administration or basic finance skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage workload
