Job Description

Protection Advisor - £30,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped OTE c£75,000+Connections is thrilled to partner with a leading insurance provider specializing in protection products. Our client is at the forefront of the industry, delivering outstanding protection solutions to their valued customers.We are seeking candidates with proven experience in an advised insurance environment to join our clients dynamic team. As an Advised Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored protection advice to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth fact-finding sessions to understand client circumstances and identify specific protection needs.
  • Provide regulated advice to guide customers effectively based on their individual requirements.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team, leveraging customer-initiated leads where prospects are actively seek advice on life insurance.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 with an Uncapped OTE of c£75,000+ per annum.

  • Annual Leave: 30 days, increasing to 35 days with service.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Thursday with a latest finish of 7:30 pm, and a 2:30 pm finish on Fridays.
