The successful candidate must be confident with building rapport & converting leads over the phone. All leads are provided for you from the mortgage team, this will ensure a busy pipelineso you must be confident with handling your own caseload. There will be an element of generating your own business in some circumstances too.This role is ideal if you are looking to take a back seat from giving mortgage advice and focus on Protection if this is something you excel in.
