Job Description

Property Valuer, BankingWe are working with a growing business that has a fantastic team of top talented people across the country. They are a new entrant into the market and have a very exciting proposition. They are well backed and will start to build out their proposition across the UK. If you like a fast paced, exciting environment where you can make a difference, then this could be the role for you.Working as part of the Northwest team, the Property Valuer will be responsible for working within a team providing strategic guidance on all things property.Key Responsibilities

  • To champion the brand across the professional network.
  • To work with the Relationship Management and Sales teams, conducting valuations within a timely manner.
  • Providing an out of the box’ advisory service on property valuations.
  • To consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each transaction and help customers achieve their goals
  • To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met
    • Skills and Qualification Specification
  • Background in Property surveying and/or valuations.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring that surveys are in line with the regulatory requirements.
  • RICS qualification
  • Commercial Property experience.
  • Full use of Microsoft suite of products
