Anthony Cole Associates are pleased to be partnering with a nationwide Property / Real Estate organisation that supply essential services to the country. An exciting newly-created opportunity has arisen to recruit a Property Systems Manager to join the Property& Operations team. This will be a challenging but highly rewarding role that will offer a hybrid work pattern, however the ability to travel to one of the client’s main offices in London / The Midlands / The Northwest or one of the 350 buildings located nationally2 days a week is required.The Property Systems Manager will be a key member of the Property and Operations team and responsible for providing a comprehensive database support service to enable the team to effectively manage the estate. The postholder will be the operational leadfor Property & Operations systems, including Horizon and Affinitext.As Product Owner for the Horizon property database the postholder will be a Subject Matter Expert for the system and the main point of contact for all queries and questions. The postholder will be required to interact with the following groups and individuals:
