We are seeking experienced sales professionals for an award winning Property Investment firm based in Central Manchester.Competitive basic circa £18k with OTE 45K in year 1 No shortage of stockUnrivalled progressionRapidly growing database This role will involved building rapport with both investors and homebuyers before selling to a database which is constantly growing, with a focus on off plan developments. We are seeking someone who is able to close a deal whilst operating in a consultative fashion. Skills Required :* Experienced sales background with a proven track record* Highly target driven with the ability to produce results* Excellent and proven sales and closing skills* Confident, articulate, self motivated* Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc.)* Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements.* Good presentation and reporting skills, both verbally & visually.* Highly organised, hard working, ability to multi-task in a changing market conditions.* Sharp business brain and the ability to adapt accordingly during negotiations.Please apply immediately for consideration or call Time Recruitment on and ask for Aiden Wilson.
