Job Description

Job Title: Property Investment ConsultantJob Location: ManchesterJob Salary: £25,000-£28,000 £60k OTE first year. top earners £100k Do you want to work in continue working in sales and develop your career further for a fantastic property company, which is based in Manchester.As an Sales Advisor you will receive:

  • A salary of upto £28,000
  • An uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £60k top earners £100k average sales commision is £1500 per plot
  • Potential for hybrid working

  • Various staff events and parties throughout the year
As a Sales Advisor you must be comfortable selling to high value customers over th phone. staying calm under pressure. You must be comfortable working towards KPIs and going the extra mile for the customers.What we require:
  • A bright and sparky personality is essential!
  • Estate Agency, New homes or off Plan Sales Consultant
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • A motivated person who is passionate about customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Sales Experience of at least 6 months
