Job Description

The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Project Sales Manager (HVAC) to join us at Celotex, covering The Midlands and The North. This is a home-based role with travel required, so the ideal candidate should be based in the Midlands or North. You will manage the project identification and specification activity with Specifiers (M&E Consultants) and specialist Contractors, creating demand for Technical Insulation products and systems. The Project Sales Manager will utilise effective sharing and trading of our project leads at an early stage to create demand to support the account management of our national and independent distribution partners and key sales personnel.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies specification opportunities from a variety of sources such as website leads, specification and technical enquiries together with project lead provider data, providing project specifications and technical leadership towards an increasing project pipeline
  • Delivery of monthly specification targets (no. / volume) and annual revenue, volume and price targets within a geographical area
  • Responsible for the commercial price management of special pricing to contractors and distributors for all Technical Insulation product groups
  • To record, monitor and manage all project, package, company, contact, and actions within CRM on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions
  • What were looking for in a Project Sales Manager (HVAC):
  • Technical Sales Professional with Specifier, Contractor and Project Sales experience in construction and HVAC applications
  • Technically excellent and able to influence at all levels of a project
  • High customer focus, able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations and develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Able to work on own initiative in an organised way with a high level of drive and motivation to succeed
  • Competent in MS word, excel, power point and CRM system experience
  • A good team player internally and externally
