Job Description

Project Manager - Software Implementation - Remote based with North West HQ! Permanent - exciting - full time - Client solutions role! A wnderful role with just ace people in a maturing Tech Start-Up, who needs you! Well, if you are from a software/SAAS / PM background and have a sense of humour and are super positive ReadyFab salary - Slightly negotiable with a good bonus but part of a big growth push post pandemic! This role is focussing on the one of their key solutions working with clients - mostly virtual interaction. On boarding, delivering projects and managing the implementation journey. This is a role within a growing team.You will need to be able to be hands on, get stuck in, super positive personality, playful and very optimistic outlook.Role description:If you love gantt charts, task boards, and take pride in making complex projects flow with ease, then send us your CV. We are seeking an experienced project manager to work alongside a fun, energetic solutions delivery team. You will be responsible for managing customer deployments that make physical spaces intelligent.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years project management experience within SaaS company (PMP is a plus)
  • Proficient with collaboration and project management tools (Monday, Gsuite preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to meet changing scope and resource situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as lead project manager and customer contact for complex implementations
  • Sets project milestones, coordinates meetings and drives implementation process
  • Working collaboratively and driving cross-functional communication between implementation team members to ensure success, efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Works with partners and vendors to manage deliverables and meet project deadline
  • Uses project tracking tools to manage projects and communicate updates
  • Performs data entry, customer setup, and configuration
  • Responsible for collecting and loading wayfinding POIs, routes and data into the portal
  • Liaise between solution delivery and product teams for custom development projects
