The Role: Construction Project ManagerThe Location: Monton, West ManchesterEmployment: Temporary Length: 3 months Start date: ASAPThe Role:This is a Project Manager role and is open to individuals with a number of years under their belt. You will ideally have some experience on site and have a understanding of the construction process. As the Project manager you will be working with a Site Managerto ensure the site is ran to the highest of standards. You will be expected to deal with sub-contractors.. You will have an overview of general site activities, health and safety, sub-contractors, trades and labour. Dealing with clients, engineers and architects.As the project is coming to the end you will also have the role of snagging so you will ideally have some experience in carrying this out.
