The position offers remote working with fantastic employee benefits.Client DetailsThis is a unique public sector organisation employing approximately 120 people.DescriptionManage the delivery of a coherent, impactful and professional sector learning offer.Oversee the successful adoption and implementation of a learning system/portal for external stakeholders.Responsible for the delivery and future enhancement of the sector learning and development offer to stakeholders, including reporting on successes and sector engagement outcomes.Managing the successful delivery of a learning project and self serve offer to landlords and residents.Leading the implementation of a learning management system and designing the new processes and activities to support its adoption.Ensure the development of quality learning materials and an effective quality assurance process.Measure stakeholder satisfaction and use feedback to continuously improve the project content and design, developing new programmes, features and services that meet market needs.Host and deliver learning programmes online and in person as appropriate.Working with colleagues in communication, membership, insight and development to support the recruitment and onboarding of participants.Manage insight from members to identify new opportunities to grow our internal professional learning offer.Managing the work of the Sector Learning team and supporting their professional development.Research best practice in complaints handling, developing options for enhancing our learning activities for stakeholders and internal processes.Actively participate, develop and deliver relevant internal learning to colleagues.Represent with confidence at external events - building the reputation of the Service.ProfileQualifications:- Relevant degree level or equivalent or evidenced experience.Knowledge and experience:- Expert knowledge of learning management and learning delivery to external stakeholders.- Adept at forming and maintaining positive relationships with direct reports, staff of all levels, and external stakeholders.- Knowledgeable about the effective design and delivery of professional development.- Knowledgeable about the effective design and delivery of professional development.- Experienced at monitoring impact and evaluation success, setting and hitting ambitious targets.Job OfferRemote (with occasional office visit eg. once per month)Local government pension - 8.2%Annual leave - Minimum 27 days annual leave plus statutory Public Holidays on joining the organisation, rising with long service. + 3 extra days off between Christmas and New YearAnnual health check - Access to a free annual health check.Career average pension scheme - Opportunity to join the Local Government pension scheme on a final salary.Flexible working - Flexi time scheme which provides for employees to balance work commitments and personal needs.Maternity/Paternity and Adoption leave - Good leave benefits for those employees starting a family.Personal development allowance - Supporting staff to develop their skills through personal development planning and training opportunities.Season ticket travel loan - Interest free public transport season ticket loan.
