Job Description

Project Co-Ordinator - Project Manager - Project Engineer - Retail Installations - Project Management - Prince 2 - Hybrid - Cheshire - Nights - up to £32,5000 + benefits - Senior Project Co-ordinatorProject Co-Ordinator / Project EngineerNight workingUp to £32,500 based on experience + BenefitsHybrid working with travel to Cheshire, 2 nights a weekAs the Project Co-Ordinator, working out of hours you will deliver short- & medium-term projects successfully from brief stage through to completion in line with business expectations. Wrking on site 2 nights a week, this is a Hybrid role, however some projectsmay require more on site working.It is important that you have experience within Shop in Shop installs, working with Manufacturers and have end to end project management experience.Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver projects from scoping, briefing, quoting, and planning services through to execution and accurate live/digital reporting.
  • Provide accurate internal and client quotations.
  • Cost management and client invoicing utilising internal systems.
  • Produce effective training briefs and supporting training plans for internal and external purposes.
  • Develop strong relationships with Partner network and manage communications to them
  • Negotiate costs with Partners & Clients (internal) to maximise margin whilst delivering service
  • Deliver impeccable customer service whilst adding value to client partnerships.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team/external manufacturers/Warehouses to facilitate stock inventory management and Distribution.
  • Facilitate and approve live sign offs out of hours to ensure compliance and client approval.
  • Manage project completion to compliance (quality, on time and budget).
  • Escalate potential project issues to Program Manager
  • Manage multiple elements/ projects where required seamlessly and accurately
  • Complete project reporting and closure processes.
  • Debrief with clients for continuous improvement in service & relationship development
  • Always create a positive and professional environment.
  • Proactively support and mentor admin support team in planning and delivering client projects
  • Cover team members during absence & support live sign offs as needed
To be successful in this position you will be someone who loves a challenge and enjoys working nights, with usual working hours Monday - Friday 8pm - 4am. To be considered for this position you will:
  • Have significant experience working in a project support role
  • Knowledge of management methodology and software
  • Experience working with a project team
  • Commercially aware
  • Familiarity of working with subcontractors
  • Warehouse / Inventory understanding
  • Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • Able to deliver projects to large scales
  • Ideally Prince 2 qualified
  • Project management in SIS/Installation services is highly desirable
