Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to join our Implementation team in our Head Office near Trafford Park. This team delivers MSP & RPO Implementations for the Group and our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself within an established family run business that has the structure and reputation to support you in at any and every stage of your projects career. Key responsibilities include: Assist the project manager in administrative duties, action plans and processes Manage and maintain project trackers & reports, ensuring that all data is up to date Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business Assist with planning activities, from start to finish of project Monitor progress of project activities and escalate any issues or potential issues Collaborate on stakeholder presentations Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered as part of the implementation Drive project execution: track delivery expect, monitor, and control change and risks proactively seek and resolve problems Contribute to post project evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.
