Job Description

The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a project Analyst for a 6 month contract based remotelyPurpose of the Role:Support the project managers to develop the design, build and delivery of the project scope within time, cost, quality and risk profile, and responsible for the end to end delivery of the projects into the business.Project - Complex ProductsRemediationConduct remediation - looking at setting up new processes and system delivery. End to End team - inception to operational deliveryyou will be responsible for:Provide support with the traceability matrix

  • Support the business requirements process and make sure that there is a platform for requirements to be gathered consistently against business objectives
  • Identify resource requirements against the project plans
  • Track, report on and realise project benefits
  • Support the creation of a financial business case
  • Conduct data analysis as required and depending on experience
  • Collaborate with others in the project and wider teams to achieve goals, including respective managers and analysts
  • Make sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented smoothly
  • Use relevant methodology and our standard process by understanding the development lifecycles and minimum mandatory requirements
  • Complete all mandatory training and accreditations as applicable to your role and your team
  • Support improving team and customer performance
  • Operate within our people processes and policies
  • Support management with small projects or components of larger projects,
  • Deputise for the manager when needed
What we require from the candidate:Experience of change management
  • A detailed knowledge and experience in project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of cultural change methodologies
  • An awareness of flexible working environments and
  • challenges
  • Previous customer remediation experience or experience within a Regulatory programme
  • Display behaviours in line with our Critical People Capabilities
