Our client is a global top tier practice and is wanting a talented lawyer to undertake professionalnegligence defence work.As a brief background our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFAs and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and assist with complex insurance litigation in all areasof financial lines and professional lines. Here you will work on a range of professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.THE CANDIDATENQ to 3 years UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.You will have experience handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors and Officers liability.You will have the opportunity to join a modern law firm, and who will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly.
