Job Description

The Company:

  • Experts on both Neonatal/ Paediatric & Critical Care Products.
  • Very low staff T/O.
  • Year on Year Growth.
  • Opportunities within the company to progress.
    • The Role:
  • The Product Support Specialist will manage the Companys infusion devices portfolio for private homecare and NHS hospitals in the North.
  • The range is utilised predominately in Homecare, but also liaising with Acute Care when infusion therapy is applicable.
  • Provide product support training for end user and support staff associated with the Infusion Therapy product portfolio.
  • Investigate new infusion therapies that are appropriate to the range and provide market feedback.
  • Partner with team members and Business Unit Director executing sales strategies to convert accounts.
  • Provide after sales product support and training provision to a competent level.
  • Provide competent delivery of product training to hospital, homecare nurses and patients.
  • Provide information to management including market trends, competitive activity, regulatory and product design needs.
  • £35k-£40k basic salary + Annual Bonus, 25 days holiday per annum pro-rata plus bank holidays, Workplace pension - 5% matching contributions, Life assurance / death in service cover of 3 x salary, Healthcare Cash Plan, Cycle to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Employee discounts scheme through engagement platform, Car allowance of £350 per month, Mobile phone.
    • The Ideal Person:
  • NMC registration.
  • Building relationships and communicating successfully with physicians, homecare providers and hospital administrators.
  • Full driving licence and an ability to travel across the UK.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Healthcare / medical device industry background.
  • Clinical background with commercial experience.
  • Experience in delivering training and support on infusion devices to a varied audience.
  • Experience of calling on physicians, nurses and administrators.
  • Demonstrate conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
