Already deployed in US, EU & Asia they are continuing to roll outto new markets and enhance the overall ecosystem.Their customers are able to see live availability and take action, at whatever time it suits them to do so, improving fill rates and satisfaction levels! Despite achieving a great deal they are working to develop more and more customer services to providea single powerful solution that connects them with their customers.As such they are hiring a dedicated Product Manager to drive, maintain, and evolve their platform across the global landscape. This role will also be accountable to contribute to the construction and implementationof the comprehensive roadmap of the digital selling ecosystem in full.Job Description Drive the product strategic vision, define roadmaps and work closely with key stakeholders to build and drive adoption and performance of the platform. Identify opportunities, analyze business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritize and negotiate initiatives to develop a roadmap that delivers on the vision and strategy. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Embrace an Agile test and learn approach: Conduct A/B experiments on new capabilities to measure post-delivery KPIs and iterate for optimization. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on forecasted business and customer impact. Brief the design team on the UX needs for your product(s) and iteratively work with the designers to reach the expected outcome. Gain a deep understanding of the end-user experience for customers and internal stakeholders,through conducting customer and employee research. Drive a high level of focus: Understand technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate newideas with partners with clear communication and prioritization. Partner closely with Engineering to deliver with speed to market and optimal resources. Coordinate and prioritize effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.Essential Skills and Experience Experience in B2B is essential (wholesale or e-commerce would be a bonus) Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization Strong presentation and communication skills Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Mura, Miro Experience with working in Agile product development Experience with product centric organizations Strong analytical mindset Ability to partner cross-functionally to gather and execute product requirements Strong presentation and communication skills Written and verbal communication, including functional writing skills
