We are currently looking for an experiencedProduct Listing PageCoordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.You will be responsible for completing timely and accurate production of all online content and to facilitate the management of assets across all channel activity. This involves production of online content description pages and management of images/logos utilised across all channels and markets as required.You will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,000 per annum (DOE) plus pension scheme, life assurance and 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, in addition to taking advantage of a holiday purchase scheme! You will benefit from our flexible working hours and fantastic location based in the heart of the northern quarter, Manchester and you will receive fantastic employee discount on our products, a discounted share purchase scheme and access to our Employee Assistance Programme and much more!As Product Listing Page Coordinator at N Brown, your responsibilities will include:- Ensuring that categories allocated are completed accurate and live on the relevant website(s) in accordance with the data, dates and brand guidelines of the N Brown Group.- Supporting the Product Listing Page team to ensure an efficient, timely and accurate service is provided to all stakeholders.- Ensuring engagement with stakeholders is professional, and to raise any point of escalation promptly with the PLP Team Leader.- Ingesting and making all images available in a timely manner for any channel to all stakeholders.- Escalating missing images/assets in a timely manner to enable timely reporting to the stakeholder.- Managing all assets required to fulfil retouching requests for on and offline usage in a timely and accurate manner.- Successfully ingesting final quark files back into DAMs, in accordance with the dependency schedule.- Being compliant with and competent in the utilisation of all internal systems including DAMS, Fatwire, Hybris, and Proof HQ disciplines ensuring timely input all activity.- Supporting in identifying and implementing quality and efficiency initiatives to deliver continual service improvements to all stakeholders.At N Brown we are looking for a Product Listing Page Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:- Precise, accurate and excellent attention to detail.- Ability to meet tight deadlines, responsive and flexible in approach to change and uncertainty.- Positive, supportive and collaborative approach.- Customer and brand focused, driven to deliver first class service, accurate and on time.- Strong communication skills.- Organised and calm under pressure.- Friendly, approachable and flexible – a good team player.- Microsoft Suite and Industry Software.
