Job Description

My clients company is a digital product agency and its aim is to create world-class experiences and help their clients stay ahead.Purpose of the role...You will work with a multi-disciplinary team ensuring adherence to plan, quality, deadline and budget, whilst maintaining communication and managing multiple client partners expectations, following process and documentation throughout.Overall you must build confidence, earn trust and gain respect with the client partners and with your team, via your credibility in planning, management, collaborative delivery and the quality of our deliverable. Role and responsibilities... Project definition and leadership:

  • Collaborating with the wider team, identify and documenting requirements and associated tasks/project objectives, scope, timescales, estimates, risks, benefits and ROI, using the available analytics and data to determine the correct path for the product/service.
  • Organise and deliver tasks/projects to plan and budget, assessing risks and revising when applicable to accommodate change.
  • Project communication and client relationships:
  • Build excellent and long term relationships with your clients partners, providing them with the best experience of the agency studio. Maintain continual communication and align expectations proactively and efficiently.
  • Overall the aim is to support them in driving change within their organisation and the challenges they face from their Stakeholders.
  • Communicate budgetary and team capacity information (with support from your Delivery Manager if required) throughout the task/project lifespan to internal stakeholder teams, proactively reporting progress and performance in line with team financial targets. Pro-actively manage issues to reduce risk to task/project delivery and client partner relationships.
  • Team leadership:
  • Encourage, inspire and motivate your team to work together efficiently to achieve task/project goals and improve team performance and effectiveness.
  • You role model the companys core values and those you stand for, support in resolving team conflicts and share learnings.
  • Display creativity as a problem solver - be the enabler, the fixer - because tasks/projects are never business as usual.
  • Budget management:
  • Ensure your teams work to plan and deliver their tasks to schedule and budget. They must take part in your planning session to be bought into the plan and be able to take responsibility for what they deliver.
  • Its your responsibility to track the progress of the task/project, ensuring that budget expectations are managed/raised with your client partners when applicable to ensure additional effort is accounted for. You must also manage internal expectations around budget over-runs and associated resourcing impact.
  • Administration:
  • Ensure task/project documentation is always current and job folders are set up and maintained correctly.
  • Ensure Job records and Paprika are updated weekly and supports your Account Team reporting and routines.
