The company has an excellent reputation amongst their clients and through internal success are experiencing steady growth.They are looking for someone who has a couple of years’ experience as a Proclaim developer, who is hungry to grow and can bring creative ideas to the team. This role will be reporting into the COO and working alongside a small team of other Proclaim developers. This role will appeal to someone who likes variety, is passionate about technology and can ask ‘what if’ as well as investigating new tech and tools along the way.Responsibilities of the Proclaim Developer

  • Lead the design, development, and day-to-day administration of the Proclaim case management system
  • Undertake including template maintenance, user configuration, task server administration, and report design and execution.
  • Collaborate with the general IT department and Operations department to ensure system efficiency and business flexibility, providing cross-cover support to the IT department as needed.
  • Document and evidence planned changes using project and workflow documentation, maintaining current system configurations for recovery purposes and ensuring changes are communicated effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues and improvements
Experience of the Proclaim Developer
  • 3+ Years of Proclaim Development experience – strong knowledge of full packages
  • Experience working on multiple projects of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset and ability to come up with innovative solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and desire to work as part of a team / autonomously
