Working within Hiltis Global Logistics function, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and harmonization of the sustainable standard processes within the NorthernEurope Region. Where people are exploring possibilities, leveraging their potential, owning their personal development and growing lasting careers.What does the role involveIn this role, you will be the single point of contact within the Northern Europe Region for Global Process Managers, Local Process Experts and Key Users, working to ensure effective end-to-end process flows. Well need you to continuously thrive to identifynew, more productive approaches to supply chain processes and lead or contribute as an expert to cross-divisional roll-out / improvement projects.Youll also be responsible for coordinating and challenging local requirements to define one aggregated regional change request and act as Project Manager for logistics projects within the region. This could include managing specific regional initiatives crossfunctionally (e.g. SKU Management, Inventory Positioning & Year-end Management)As part of this role, youll manage the onboarding, training and development for the Demand/Supply Planning team which will involve everything from creating a standardized onboarding plan, through to ongoing functional and technical training.What do we offerWe really value our people and weve worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this.   • Bachelors degree and relevant supply chain experience
  • Previous Demand Planning experience in a large organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate successful project management, with good communication and organisation skills
  • Technical background with solid APO and/or Blue Yonder (JDA/BY) knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel within the Northern Europe region and to corporate Headquarters in Liechtenstein when required
