Our client is a well-established Manchester accounting and tax firm with a superb professional practices Tax department. They have invested heavily in an in house technology solution which has radically reduced the amount of admin time expended by theirtalented staff.The acid test of this technology working is that the firm does not have an overtime policy for the January tax return season - because people do not tend to do much if any overtime.The culture of the firm is excellent and described by many as a "family" atmosphere.
