All ourjob vacancies offer ongoing positions, with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment after a successful 12-week period.Criteria:To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:Prior experience working 12-hour continental shifts, including days and nights.Must be in good physical health to assist with manual handling.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and mathematics.Previous experience working with hand tools.Adaptability to a fast-paced, hot, and noisy work environment.Competence in machine operation monitoring and control.Computer literacy.Some experience in plastics manufacturing.A strong understanding of health and safety.A forklift truck license is desirable but not essential.Role Description:The Packaging Manufacturing Support Operators role primarily involves ensuring the correct products are delivered to the appropriate machines within the department.
