Embed an effective risk management culture while meeting relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Interprets regulatory changes and enforces theirimplementation in a way that achieves results while satisfying the requirements of relevant regulators. Independently enacts policies to achieve results that satisfy the requirements of relevant regulators. Drives the development and implementation of a consistentand robust processes to sustain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, providing transparency and comfort to stakeholders in both affiliates and lines of business, while ensuring continued high levels of service delivery. Define and drive implementationof the strategy and direction for external vendor and inter-affiliate regulatory compliance governance, control, and risk related matters.Primary Responsibilities:
