Job Description

LEAD TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST SOUGHT FOR NATIONWIDE BUSINESS, BASED IN GREATER MANCHESTERSALARY: £55,000 - £70,000 DoEClient DetailsOur client is a UK-wide company offering serious growth potential for candidates who would like to take their career further.   • Contribute to the Digital Development Strategy and business cases, identifying costs and developing implementation plans.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive and monitor user adoption in the business.
  • Analyse and then govern the risks and benefits of any new requests for systems or content development.
  • Defining, evaluating, planning and leading delivery on significant agile technology assignments.
  • Lead and support solution design, working with subject matter experts.
  • Support and inform product iteration, evolution, and optimisation across multiple product lines.
  • Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements and user needs and business strategy problems.
  • Modelling complex processes/procedures using established techniques.
  • Defining, planning and executing systems and business process testing.
  • Lead development of a technology evaluation plan and oversee evaluation of new technology platforms and solutions to meet ongoing business needs.
Profile
  • Designing workflows.
  • Azure DevOps.
  • Creativity and Process Design.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Experience in delivering Projects in both Agile and Waterfall methods.
  • Practical Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP.
  • Experience of User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
  • Knowledge and experience of software development processes and procedures.
  • Experience in leading successful application deliveries, system implementations/upgrades.
  • Successfully aligning solutions appropriately with roadmaps, architecture.
  • Experience in leading and managing User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • SQL and/or NoSQL database understanding, design, architecture.
  • Understanding of business (and data) modelling techniques and approaches to capturing requirements.
  • Understanding of developing technical solutions in the Azure stack.
