CK Science are recruiting for Principal or Senior Scientists with a strong immunoassay/immunogenicity background, to join a leading multinational provider of pharmaceutical testing services at their site based in Manchester on a permanent basis. The Company:Our client is a multinational provider of pharmaceutical testing services, who work on a broad range of exciting, and sometimes technically challenging projects on behalf of clients ranging from blue chip manufacturing companies to SMEs.Location:This role is located Manchester. The site is easily commutable via excellent road networks and public transport routes. The Role:The purpose of your role will be to:- Provide extensive knowledge of all-important practical aspects of Immunoassay techniques and be able to develop new techniques within the laboratory.- Provide expertise and problem-solving strategies and initiate development projects and smaller improvement projects to extend the service offerings available and develop the bioanalytical technology where necessary to achieve this.- Communicate confidently, directly with clients to establish requirements and report outcomes, implications of the results generated and to formulate and advise optimum strategies to tackle problems.Your Background:- Educated to degree level or above in Life Science or a related field with significant laboratory experience.- Extensive experience and broad knowledge of Immunoassays e.g. ELISA, electrochemiluminescence (ECL) and MSD.- Hands on experience of method development and validation.Apply:For more information or to apply for these Principal or Senior Scientists positions, please contact Mary Bolt on or email quoting job ref 48712.It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.INDGEN
