Job Title: Principal PlannerLocation: ManchesterSalary: Competitive A fantastic opportunity to be apart of a leading planning and landscape consultancy, operating nationwide. My client is looking for a principal planner to join their growing team who is going to add immediate effect. The ideal candidate will have experiencewithin the sectors of minerals, waste, renewables, built and rural development and residential. My client offers professional services across four broad categories of: EIA, Planning, Landscape and Graphics.Qualifications and Experience: The right candidate will be MRTPI Qualified, have a town planning record and ideally some private sector, client-side and local authority experience. You will of course, have strong communication and written skills and my client are looking for someone whocan work with both the team and other clients in the industry. The role will be wide ranging and inevitably there will need to be flexibility in responding to market conditions. The right candidate will also have a keen interest for landscape planning andrenewables.
