A rapidly growing FinTech is looking for a Principal Identity and Access Control Specialist to work as a key player in the next stage of their technical expansion. They are building the next generation of capabilities within the payment processing industry,and they are focused on building empowered teams that do great things.Along with a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, you will also receive a benefits package that includes unlimited annual leave, pension, bonus, medical insurance, and life assurance.You will work as part of a dedicated and talented team that is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating digital security controls, including Zero Trust, AWS, Azure, AD, Endpoint Protection and Privileged Management.Your role is to define bestpractices, improves the processes, technologies, investigates, and develops the reporting requirements needed to detect security incidents, PCI, and meet regulatory requirements. • Be responsible for management processes across applications, AD directories, servers, and domains
• Consult with technical staff, including developers, application owners, and database admins, to provide solutions while maintaining information security standards and policies
• Develop, maintain, and implement standards, guidelines, operating policies, and procedures
• Perform security incident operations, including after-hours response activities, event escalation coverage, and incident reporting.
• Define / maintain the AD structure and integration for cloud platforms
• Lead Zero Trust Access Control components, defining the standard process and supporting the Development Operations automation processes
• Creates reports to show management is aligned with PCI standards

We are looking for a Principal Identity and Access Control Specialist who has the following:

• Experience in credit card acquiring / processing PCI environments
• Experience in Information Security within enterprise environments, with a focus on access and identity management
• Experience deploying within Cloud IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Security certifications such as (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCNA, or related Vendor Certifications regarding access management)
• Solid understanding of information security standards and best practices
• Experience and in-depth working knowledge across multiple technical disciplines, including one or more of the following: Azure, AWS Access, Secret Management, Active Directory, Zero Trust, Service Account and Local Account Management technologies, PAM Platforms
• Experience overseeing the continuous monitoring and protection of information systems and tracking security metrics.
• Strong understanding of security and control frameworks, such as NIST control framework.
